At Joy Explosion Christian Academy, we believe every student deserves a learning environment that nurtures both the mind and spirit. Pastor Glenn Keen
Pastor Glenn Keen provides spiritual guidance for our school and supports the relationships between the academy and the families we serve. He also manages the financial aspects of the ministry to help ensure we have the resources needed to continue our work.

Alberta Coleman
Mrs. Alberta Coleman has faithfully served Joy Explosion Christian Academy for over 30 years as both a teacher and administrator. She is dedicated to supporting students in grades 6–12 on their educational journey, providing guidance toward college and career pathways. Mrs. Coleman also oversees the school’s dual enrollment program, helping students get a head start on higher education. In addition to her role at the academy, she leads worship at Joy Explosion Church, reflecting her deep commitment to faith and community.
Tscharna Keen
For 26 years, Mrs. Tscharna Keen has been a vital part of the Joy Explosion Christian Academy family, serving as both a teacher and assistant administrator. She currently teaches grades K–5, with a strong focus on phonics and foundational math mastery. As the school’s scholarship coordinator, Mrs. Keen works closely with families to secure funding and resources, helping ensure every student has the opportunity to succeed. Her dedication to both academic excellence and family support helps keep our academy running smoothly.
